All transactions are denominated in BDT. betbat does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments received from third-party accounts will be returned, and the betbat Account may be suspended pending investigation. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and whether KYC verification has been completed. betbat reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the betbat cashier page. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at betbat's discretion. Players with verified accounts may be eligible for higher limits upon request, subject to review.
betbat offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar — including Eid offers, Pohela Boishakh events, and BPL cricket specials. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Qualifying bets must meet any minimum odds requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Bets placed on excluded game categories will not contribute to wagering requirements.
betbat actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on both sides of a market to guarantee a bonus rollover outcome (arbitrage), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other form of coordinated or systematic bonus exploitation. Any Account found to be engaging in such conduct will have its bonus balance voided and may be suspended permanently.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. Unused free bets will similarly expire at the end of the stated validity window.
